It was founded with the aim of helping individuals and organisations to achieve maximum financial and business returns with minimum risk. These founders saw that there was a very big gap in Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, Tax, Payroll Administration, Secretarial and Business Development Services in the business industry.

Since the formation of Memby Business Services in 2011 as a professional corporation, successful businesses and their perceptive clients have turned to the firm for aggressive representation and creative solutions to their tax, auditing, risk management, business advisory and accounting issues.
